AMAP offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of specific training skills and techniques that are critical to success in all ING businesses. The AMAP is a 24 month program that develops a new breed of professional trainers to run impactful and effective learning programs via traditional and conventional methods for our business partners through a strong core curriculum, challenging assignments and professional certification i.e. Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and ICLIF leadership program. The program provides candidates with valuable learning experience with exposure to motivated colleagues and helpful mentors that can accelerate their careers.
ING Academy Management Associate Program
Work Location : Sri Damansara, KL
Salary: RM2,500+
Responsibilities:
•The role of the Management Associate (MA) is to support the teams and projects in which the MA operates at the business level and to assist in the realisation of strategic goals and objectives. The MA is expected to perform at a high standard in order to achieve agreed performance targets.
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any business field, Commerce, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
•Demonstrated leadership, communication, creative thinking and analytical skills.
•Profiency in English.
•To commensurate with training investment made in this program, the successful candidates will be bonded for 36 months with ING Insurance Berhad.
•Fresh graduates with strong interest in training and development are encouraged to apply.
